What products does Astrella supply?

We are a Japan-specialized frozen food supplier. Our core lines are frozen seafood (octopus, tuna, squid paste, shrimp), frozen vegetables (roasted sweet potato, yam, mixed vegetables, root crops), and processed/prepared products (fruit & vegetable chips, frozen prepared foods).
What is your minimum order quantity?

Typically one container (20ft/40ft) per order, with custom items negotiable. We are friendly to small lots and custom orders — exactly the business large conglomerates decline and we specialize in.
How do you ensure quality and Japan compliance?

We source to Japanese standards: unified spec protocols, on-site sampling before every shipment, labeling designed to the Food Labeling Act, precise HS-code classification, and certificates of origin and phytosanitary documents handled correctly. Partner factories hold HACCP / ISO22000 / BRCGS certifications.
How long from inquiry to first shipment?

Often as fast as ~4 weeks: initial quote and spec advice within 24 hours, samples and virtual factory inspection as needed, then shipping once specs are confirmed — first container in as little as 4 weeks. We have completed emergency replacements with first delivery within 4 weeks.
Can you integrate sourcing from multiple countries?

Yes. We integrate factory networks across Vietnam, China and Southeast Asia, designing single- or dual-source strategies by cost and season (e.g. Vietnam in peak season, China in off-season), with unified QC and shipping through one Astrella window.
What languages do you operate in?

Chinese, English and Japanese. Japanese clients work directly with our Japanese-speaking desk — inquiries, contracts, sampling, shipping and after-sales all in Japanese, as seamless as a domestic partner.
